1. ArenaXtreme! is a social platform where no real money is earned and there are no monetary or physical prizes to win.

   2. All purchased virtual goods are not transferable and not exchangeable to real money.
      
      
   3. All purchased virtual goods are delivered electronically.
      
      
   4. No refunds will be given even if your account gets deactivated for any reason or service termination.
      
      
2. Any inappropriate behavior or abuse of our platform in a way that is deemed unfitting may cause a person or persons to be banned. So far, some of the current bannable offenses are:
   
   
   1. Posting criminal, violent, anti-social, racial, hatred, terrorist or potentially dangerous acts such as but not limited to suicide, self harm or drug use.
      
      
   2. Posting adult material such as, but not limited to, explicit pornography, any material which intimates sexual activity, any material which displays or portrays excessive nudity. Other content like nudity and dramatized or implied sexual conduct may be considered sexually suggestive depending on whether or not it is intended or designed to arouse viewers.
      
      
      1. Sexual intercourse with clear nudity, including genital-genital and oral-genital activity.
      2. Sex toys either not in use or involved in sexual activity.
      3. Depicting sexual fetishes.
      4. Direct touching of genitals.
      5. Genitals, either directly visible or through transparent, see-through or sheer clothing.
      6. Female breasts with visible nipples or areola.
      7. Nude buttocks, both male and female, in a non-sexual setting.
      8. Pubic region, pubic hair, female crotch region or area around genitals with no genitals visible.
      9. Women wearing lingerie, wearing visible bras (sports bras are excluded), or wearing visible underwear, panties or thongs.
      10. Any obvious sexually suggestive display, even if naked parts are hidden from view by hands, clothes or other objects, cartoons/art included.
      
      
   3. Display of toddlers or minors.
      
      
   4. Display of weapons or drugs.
      
      
   5. Any content related to politics.
      
      
   6. The use of country flags in an aggresive or political context. Also, flags must not be the main aspect of your profile picture.
      
      
   7. Setting any kind of flag as your thumbnail, partially or as a whole. Your thumbnail must not confuse other players since it is a strong visual reference.
      
      
   8. Viruses, trojans, spyware, adware or any other form of malicious or intrusive software or code in any way shape or form.
      
      
   9. Scheme(s) or requests to make real money from any other user(s) of the ArenaXtreme! service(s), software, hardware, systems or game play including but not limited to ArenaXtreme! cash, gifts or tokens or any other virtual currency or mechanism included in the game play.
      
      
   10. Treating game administrators/moderators or even ArenaXtreme! with disrespect or insults. They are here to help you, but they also have rules that they are meant to follow. No person should be rude to the people who are helping keep the game running.
       
       
   11. Harassing or buillying other users. This is a game and should not be used to harass an individual or to attack them in any personal way or cause an individual personal distress.
       
       
   12. Using fake/alternate/multiple/real profiles or other players' accounts or allowing other players to use your account for any reason.
       
       
   13. Using programs/methods to hide your IP or to automate various ingame actions.
       
       
   14. Posting any code in a user's wall that changes the appearance of their bio or profile in any permanent way.
       
       
   15. Using profile pictures or names of other users in your aboutme or posts without their explicit permission or impersonating other users by any means.
       
       
   16. Altering functional core display components of the game.
       
       
   17. Using your profile picture, name, background image, decorative banner or any other ui element except your about-me as a status/mood replacement.
       
       
   18. Explicitely asking other users not to perform game related actions.
       
       
   19. Asking other users for real money (or acting as a man-in-the-middle for others) to offer in-game benefits.
       
       
   20. Giving any kind of incentives (such as but not limited to tokens through paypal, real money etc) to other users just to keep their account active following instructions to let other users profit from their actions.
       
       
   21. Spamming or abusing in general our systems by any means.
       
       
   22. Using ArenaXtreme! logo in any form without prior written permission.
       
       
   23. Advertising competing services/games/sites or recruiting other users by any means.
       
       
   24. Disputing token purchases that have already been granted. This may result in publicly listing your game details excluding any private and sensitive data.
       
       
   25. Harming ArenaXtreme! interests in any way shape or form.
       
       
   26. Having already violated the terms of service in one or more of our other games.
       
       
3. Your name should not be used as a status replacement. Using a distinct name, will help other users to identify you and will prevent confusion. Please note that further abuse of the name feature will disable the ability to change your name.
   
   
4. We reserve the right to alter the offered functionality and even restrict it to specific groups or players at anytime without any prior notice.
   
   
5. A player can be banned for violating the Terms of Service without warning or explanation.
   
   
6. We take no responsibity for any in-game loss that may occur if a player is restricted or banned or by service mailfunction.
   
   
7. Sharing your payment method with other accounts is prohibited and will result in restricting the affecting accounts from purchasing virtual goods.
   
   
8. Except with express and written permission or official agreement of the developer commercial advertising, advertising of any product or service is not allowed within ArenaXtreme!
   
   
9. The minimum age allowed to be able to join the game is 18. Any account that does not meet this requirement, will be removed without any prior notice.
   
   
10. You are giving us consent to use your IP address in order to perform internal account management tasks as they are described in our privacy policy.
    
    
11. If there is any dispute about or involving the Website and/or the Service, by using the Website, you agree that any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the area in which we are based without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the area in which we are based.
    
    
12. ArenaXtreme! is not responsible for any damages or suffering that are perceived or real while playing the game. While ArenaXtreme! will do the best it can to keep a safe and healthy environment for all users, the user is responsible for maintaining their own personal safety and awareness.
